Tentative Schedule
Registration and breakfast will begin at 8 am each day; sessions begin at 9 am. Lunch will include Table Topics sessions, an opportunity to discuss selected topics. There is an optional dinner Friday. Download or print a copy of the schedule.
The Friday and Saturday sessions have been approved for 9.5 hours of continuing education credit in jurisdictions that recognize AAVSB's RACE approval (Friday 3 credits and Saturday 6.5 credits). Participants should be aware that some boards have limitations on the number of hours accepted in certain categories and/or restrictions on certain methods of delivery of continuing education.

Passes include access to all sessions, vendor tables, raffles, breakfast on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, buffet lunch on Friday and Saturday. Registration and payment in full due October 21st , 2008.

Hotel Accommodations
The Symposium will be held at the Holiday Inn Pittsburgh Airport, 8256 University Blvd., Coraopolis, PA 15108-2591, Phone: 412-262-3600 or 800-333-4835, Fax: 412-631-1355. You must make your reservations directly with the hotel. Be sure to mention the International Ferret Congress for best rates or go to the Holiday Inn Pittsburgh Airport website. A limited number of rooms are available at the special rate of $95 for single or double rooms, Nov. 4 - 10. You must book by October 14, 2008 to take advantage of this rate.
The Holiday Inn is allowing ferrets in the rooms by special arrangement for a non-refundable fee of $25.

Cancellation Policies
All registration cancellations received by October 22nd will be subject to a $20 processing fee, which will be deducted from any refund. Cancellations from October 23rd will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after October 30th as catering commitments must be finalized at that time.
 
Respect for Others
The purpose of this Symposium is to learn and engage in constructive discussions. We expect there may be disagreements on some issues, but we ask that people show respect for each other and for differingviewpoints. Anyone who cannot maintain civility will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued.
