3 day pass $175
1 day pass (Friday OR Saturday) $80

Saturday dinner $40

Passes include access to all sessions, vendor tables, raffles, buffet lunch on Friday and Saturday. Registration and payment in full due May 11, 2011.

Hotel Accommodations
The Symposium will be held at the Fiesta Resort Conference Center in Tempe, Arizona. You must make your reservations directly with the hotel - call (480) 967-1441. Be sure to mention the International Ferret Congress for best rates . A limited number of rooms are available May 31 through June 8, 2011 at the special rate of $75 for single or double rooms, $89 for triple and $99 for quadruple occupancy. Room rate includes breakfast for two. You must book by May 11, 2011 to take advantage of this rate.
 
Pet Fee (waived)
A customary refundable pet fee of $25 will be waived for members of the group. Each individual guest is responsible for his own pet and all charges incurred as a result of having the pet with them. The guest should indicate when making their reservation, or no later than at the time of check-in, that they require a pet-friendly room.

Cancellation Policies
All registration cancellations received by May 11, 2011 will be subject to a $20 processing fee, which will be deducted from any refund. Cancellations from May 12, 2011 will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after May 25th, 2011, as catering commitments must be finalized at that time.
 
Respect for Others
The purpose of this Symposium is to learn and engage in constructive discussions. We expect there may be disagreements on some issues, but we ask that people show respect for each other and for differing viewpoints. Anyone who cannot maintain civility will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued.
