1 day pass $50

Passes include access to all sessions, vendor tables, raffles, plated lunch and snack on Saturday.

Hotel Accommodations
The Forum will be held at the Holiday Inn Main Gate East, 5711 W. U.S. Hwy 192, Kissimmee, FL, 34746, Phone 407-396-4222, Fax: 407-396-8634. You must make your reservations directly with the hotel. Reservations can be made by calling 1-800-327-1128. The reservation code is: IFC. A limited number of rooms are available at the special rate of $64 plus tax for single or double rooms, May 8-12, 2008. You must book by April 23, 2008, to take advantage of this rate.
The Holiday Inn is allowing ferrets in the rooms by special arrangement for a non-refundable fee of $25.

Cancellation Policies

All registration cancellations received by April 15 will be subject to a $10 processing fee, which will be deducted from any refund. Cancellations from April 16th will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after April 30th as the catering commitments must be finalized at that time.

Room cancellations must be made directly with the Holiday Inn. Contact them for cancellation policies.

The purpose of this Symposium is to learn and engage in constructive discussions. We expect there may be disagreements on some issues, but we ask that people show respect for each other and for differingviewpoints. Anyone who cannot maintain civility will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued.
