Join us for a weekend of fun and information at the Louisville Zoo! Two of the ferret world’s most famous celebrities will hold a Q&A session on anything and everything about ferrets. We’ll also celebrate the 25th anniversary of the rediscovery of the black-footed ferret and learn about black-footed ferret recovery efforts.

Tentative Schedule
Friday Apr 21
7 pm           Informal Meet and Greet, Duke's Grille and Bar, Holiday Inn Louisville I-264, 4004 Gardiner Point Drive.

Saturday Apr 22
10 am – 4 pm          Speakers include Guy Graves, Louisville Zoo; Travis Livieri, Prairie Wildlife Research; Alexandra Sargent-Colburn and Rebecca Stout, ferret experts; buffet lunch; raffles; vendors.

Sunday Apr 23
TBD          Behind the scenes tour of Louisville Zoo black-footed ferret breeding facility. Zoo is open 10 am – 5 pm. Separate charge for Zoo admission, see registration form.

Registration Fee
Registration includes Saturday Zoo admission, sessions and a buffet lunch. Registration fee by April 1 is $25; fee from April 2 – April 17 is $35. All registrations are due by April 17. There is separate charge for Sunday Zoo admission, see registration form, below.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations prior to April  17 will incur a $12 processing fee. There are no refunds for cancellations after April 17.

Location
The Louisville Zoo is located at 1100 Trevilian Way, Louisville KY 40213. For more information see http://www.louisvillezoo.org/. The Louisville Zoo provides free or discounted admission for members of reciprocal zoos. See their web site for details.

Hotel Accommodations
The event will be at the Zoo, but we have arranged for special rates at the Holiday Inn Louisville I-264, 4004 Gardiner Point Drive, Louisville KY 40213. Call 1-502-452-6361, 888-HOLIDAY and mention the Derby City Forum for a rate of $69 + tax. Limited availability so book early! It is about a 5 minute drive from the hotel to the Zoo. They have a free airport shuttle.
